Cash/Visa/Mastercard/American Express. We do not process COD's (cash on delivery).
For non-stock and custom orders we require 50% deposit at the time of order.
Washington State Residents will be charged 8.2% sales tax.
Shipping Method
For in-stock items we can provide same day shipping. FOB is Point of Origin. Our standard shipping mode is UPS ground service. Please call for exact shipping on orders needed 3rd day select, 2nd day air or Next day air.

Wholesale Orders
Evergreen Enterprises will accommodate wholesale purchases from legitimate retail locations.
Shipping on wholesale purchases will be based on the actual weight of products purchased and the
shipping address. You will be contacted with the actual shipping charge prior to shipment. Any wholesale
puchase over $400 will be shipped free.

Claims Services
For damaged UPS shipments, keep original packaging and immediately notify your UPS driver to file a freight claim. For damaged merchandise, please notify our office immediately for return, refund, or replacement. Although our responsibility ceases when shipments are accepted by a carrier's agent, we will extend every possible assistance in clearing up claims for our customers.
Returns
We cannot accept return of non-stock items or custom orders. Evergreen Enterprises reserves the right to accept or refuse returned items to our stock. All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. For return acceptance, products must not have been used, and must also be returned in original carton. Please call for return authorization. Ship returned goods to us freight prepaid.
Service Charge
Returned check fee is $25.00.
Custom Imprinted Orders
All custom orders must have a proof signed off for final approval. Logos must be in camera ready format or a $35.00 an hour charge will apply . Please call for further quotes and minimum quantity custom orders.

If you are not able to find a particular item that you need, please call us for special order. Through our extensive network of manufactures we can provide thousands of stock and customized items for your business.
